I often buy turkey drumsticks - they're cheap and delicious. Usually I roast them in the oven with barbeque sauce. When I saw this recipe for turkey ossobuco in Gourmet magazine this month, I knew I had to try it out. Turkey legs are braised for over 2 hours in a tomato and white wine sauce and topped with gremolata. This was a great application for turkey drumsticks - the meat was very tender and moist. I served this with ricotta gnocchi.
