For this pizza, I sprinkled shredded fontina cheese on top of pizza dough, then I layered on sliced prosciutto and sauteed wild mushrooms. I used hen of the woods, oyster and yellow footed mushrooms, but other types would work just as well. After the pizza came out of the oven, I drizzled some black truffle oil over the top and garnished with sliced green onions.
