Everyday Food - turkey cobb salad
For some reason, I don't often think to serve salad as a main course. I saw this recipe in the new Everyday Food
cookbook and decided to try it out. Roasted turkey breast, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, hard boiled eggs and blue cheese are arranged on a bed of shredded romaine. The lettuce is tossed in a dressing of red wine vinegar, olive oil and dijon mustard. I used a danish blue cheese and Hobbs applewood smoked bacon.
