Pizza dough for a 12" pizza - I used the recipe in Martha Stewart's Baking Handbook
Roasted tomato sauce - my tomato sauce is loosely based on this recipe. I made a few batches at once and froze it in smaller portions.
Meatballs - loosely based on this recipe. I broiled the meatballs then froze them.
I also topped the pizza with mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni and chopped parsley.
