I had some friends over for dinner tonight - here's what I made:
We started with an artichoke dip that my friend made, along with this assortment of olives and piquillo peppers
Next came microgreens with red and gold beets, danish blue cheese and tangerine vinaigrette
The main course was individual chicken and sweet potato shepherd's pies with baby green beans and applewood smoked bacon
Dessert was chocolate molten cakes with vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce
