We are up to our ears in fruit over here. Almost all of our fruit ripened at the same time. The apples still have a few weeks to go, but we've been inundated with nectarines, plums, strawberries and asian pears. I've been freezing some of the fruit and also making a lot of sorbet. Once the apples are ready, it will be time for applesauce!
