Lemon poppy seed muffins

These muffins are unique because they're sweetened with honey instead of sugar. I did make a few changes to the recipe. I added about 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract to the batter, and instead of the glaze, I sprinkled the muffin tops with pearl sugar prior to baking.
